introduction
The name "Sakyamuni Dharma Centre" was blessed by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama who presented a Thangka of Buddha Sakyamuni with His Holiness signature, to His Eminence Khensur Jampa Yeshe Rinpoche in Hunsur, South India on 23rd September 1999. Therefore, the meaning of "Sakyamuni Dharma Centre" (SDC) is to spread Buddha's teaching and follow the path of The Great Tsongkhapa (Buddha in Wisdom, Compassion and Power in Tibetan Buddhism), to liberate all sentient being in loving kindness internally and externally in our present and future life.
